The queen room was well-appointed with An SECOND HEATER and cleaner showers and the location was perfect.

The hotel is clean, I liked its very good staff and drinks. The rooms are well-appointed with cleaner showers and the overall experience is such great. The venue has a great restaurant for food at there restaurant.

all in all it was good value, considering prices in santa cruz. this was a hip new property with a covered pool. staff was willing to help and took care of requests.

We had a really nice stay here, recommend it. Spotless place, super location, dedicated staff. We loved appetisers and afternoon tea at the karaoke bar. There was a pool with a hot tub and a jacuzzi too.

Overall it was a fun stay. The staff were more than helpful in all our needs, very very kind team. The gardens were charming here. Within walking distance of the natural beach. Huge restaurant.

Absolutely phenomenal staff and a PLENTIFUL breakfast including lots of bangers, toast, cheese and breads. They made my stay superb. I visited a beachside restaurant and loved the Western meals they offer. Top-notch service overall. Moreover, it had parking outside. Good value for money, budget and silent rooms.

Incredible stay overall. The room was inviting, breakfast was delicious and the staff WONDERFUL. The beach was perfect. Fabulous view, a beautiful balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Service was courteous throughout the hotel.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was pleasant, liked it. Lovely views of marina, absolutely amazing staff. They provided plenty of delicious choices for breakfast that was included. Magnificent location right on the beach. 😃

It is an affordable hotel, location is awesome and staff is supportive. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with plenty of bacon, cereal, cheese, meats and slices of fresh bread.

We think it's a lovely place for staying in Santa Cruz. We had a coast view from our room. It is adjacent to the beautiful beach. In addition, it's within walking distance of the hear of the city.

Room had sunny balcony and bed was comfy. Wonderful location in the town, within short walking distance to tourist attractions. We also went to city center, locatedrelatively close to the hotel. Enjoyed The Picnic Basket, it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot the venue and offered nice treats.

All good - we really enjoyed our stay - food was nice and EXCELLENT staff. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like sawasdee by the sea that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Plus, it has private parking onsite.
